I know nothing about cars or car companies. Actually, that’s not completely true, when I purchased my one-year-old Saturn Ion three years ago I actually knew substantially less than I presently do.
Now I know that is possible to engineer a car that thinks there is a security threat and locks down the ignition when it rains or is somewhat cold outside. I know that this is some sort of wacky...

I’ve tried a few budgeting tools over the past month but I’ve ended up with (actually, going back to) Mint.com. I just don’t have the time or energy to update an actual register so the fact that Mint syncs with all my accounts makes it the winner.
However, the way budgets and categories function drives me nuts. For instance there is a major category Food & Dining and sub...

Note to self: follow through this time.

So, Snow Leopards.
I’ve been slowly working up to installing Snow Leopard since it came out, I just hadn’t had the time. Last night I decided to finally take the plunge. This is my tale.
I insert the CD, the install OS X window pops up. I start the process. On the first screen it scans your hard drive to make sure it can install successfully. It does it’s little scan and I get the Yellow...
