Had a nice drive over Mount Hood yesterday on the way home from Thanksgiving activities in Bend, OR. It was weird to see snow, it’s been so warm in Portland that it didn’t even occur to me that it might be cold somewhere else.

I went to Oktoberfest in Mt. Angel, Oregon. It was weird and a little sad. To be fair I caught the tail end, to be unfair I’m sticking with “it was weird.”

Hood River is beautiful. If you’re not familiar with the area Hood River is a town and this is the Columbia River (it is big).
